Description
These hydraulic firewood conveyors are designed for efficient lifting and transferring of logs in firewood processing operations. Available in 5 m, 7.5 m, and 10 m versions, the series combines a 6.5 HP LIFAN gasoline power pack, hydraulic drive, powered lift, and a durable chain conveyor for dependable material handling at different discharge heights.
Powerful Hydraulic Operation
Each model is equipped with a 6.5 HP four-stroke LIFAN gasoline engine with manual start. The hydraulic system drives both the chain conveyor and lifting mechanism, providing smooth operation and flexible height adjustment. With a working pressure of 18 MPa, an 8 L hydraulic tank, and a pump flow of 7.5 L/min, the conveyor is suitable for continuous firewood handling.
Durable Chain Conveying
The chain conveyor is designed for steep-angle conveying and demanding working conditions. Compared with belt systems, the chain drive helps reduce slipping and tracking issues while maintaining stable material movement. One chain is used on each model to support consistent feeding and discharge.
Stable Support and Easy Towing
Powered hydraulic lifting allows the conveyor height to be adjusted according to different loading requirements. Locking legs help support the conveyor during operation and reduce continuous load on the lifting cylinder. The 14-inch wheels and 2-inch tow hitch make relocation and positioning more convenient.
